YES!! All addiction counselors and treatment providers are required by federal regulations to maintain
confidentiality. All employees of the JNC are unable to provide any information on our clients without
that client’s consent. No one will know that you have utilized the services at the JNC unless you have
given written authorization for your consent or have made the choice to share that information on your
own.
